“My stay here was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. It was everything I needed to help de-stress after several stressful months of work. The house had everything I needed and then some. The bed was very comfortable, the outside patio was lovely to sit and enjoy morning coffee while watching the bees buzz around all the flowers, and the Jacuzzi was incredibly relaxing. It was also very close to a grocery store and several tasty restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!”

“I had such an amazing stay at Miko’s Guest House on Vashon Island. As soon as I pulled into the driveway I knew I was going to love it. A cozy zen-like cabin with a meditation hut tucked into a quaint little corner of the yard, where I had a fabulous massage, soaked in the hot tub surrounded by plants, flowers and natural bamboo. I loved the fact there was no TV and I thoroughly enjoyed waking up every morning to my peaceful surroundings where I would enjoy a cup of tea while I journaled... The kitchen had every amenity one would need to prepare a meal, unlike many other places I have stayed. Karen was a great host, right there if I had any questions and she was very knowledgeable about Vashon Island and what was happening while I was there. The cabin was located just a short distance to town, where I enjoyed some great food, drink, farmers market and a wonderful concert in the park. I also enjoyed some coaching with Karen, which only enhanced my solo retreat. I left Miko’s feeling very relaxed and refreshed with a new outlook on life!”
